I saw Fred Weaver on GMAZ.  Since I had worked in the mortgage lending industry I recognized his name and associated it with honesty and integrity.  I was also drawn by the verse from the Bible.  You are a young aggressive company and the Short Sale Industry is a whole new ball game.  I knew your personnel had the knowledge to make a go of it.  It was as pleasant an experience as a Short Sale can be.  Your company handled absolutely everything and kept us up to date on the progress.  We did not have to talk to our lender once.  You reassured us at every turn and kept on going when we were ready to give up.  We had an offer on our home immediately.  We are so thankful that we were able to complete the process in only 9 months and keep our credit as clean as possibly.  We did not want to just walk away from our house.  We wanted to do the right thing, and with your help we acheived our goal.  We will always be in your debt.
